What is a Family Resource Center?
The Kentucky Family Resource and Youth Services Centers initiative was established with the passage of the Kentucky Education Reform Act (KERA) of 1990, as amended. The mission of the center is to enhance student's abilities to succeed in school by developing partnerships that promote early learning, academic achievement and well being. The goal of the Family Resource Center is to meet the needs of all children and their families who reside in the community or neighborhood served by the school in which the center is located.
Where is the FRC located?
The CES Family Resource Center is located across from the main office of CES. Please drop in, call or e-mail for additional information, assistance, questions or suggestions.
